Our service for Sunday 31 January 2021 looked at Faith in Later Life and we meet Simeon and Anna. The service was recorded at St James the Apostle, Pulloxhill with our Readers Gillian Kern & Roy Pinnock and Lay Leader of Worship Maggie Jeeves. We’ve got music from a variety of sources including St Martins in the Field and the Royal School of Church Music.
The theme for our service for Sunday 24 January 2021 was The Marriage at Cana. Rev Anne Barker led the service which was recorded at St John the Baptist, Flitton. Margaret Butt led the intercessions and Jo Holt read the Gospel. Music is provided by Kevin Mayhew Ltd and the Royal School of Church Music and St Martins in the Field.
Our Morning Worship service on Sunday 17 January 2021 was on the theme of the Calling of Philip and Nathanael, with Rev David Payne and Rev Anna Garvie – with the hymns and other music provided by St Martins in the Field and the Royal School of Church Music.
Our Morning Worship service on 10 January 2021 was led by Liz Coulson with an address by Reader Gillian Kern. The theme was the Baptism of Christ. Alice Butler read from the Gospel according to Mark and music was from Kevin Butler Ltd and Small Church Music.
Our Morning Worship service for the Feast of the Epiphany is led by Rev David Payne with the bible reading by Martyn Gates. It was recorded at St John the Baptist, Flitton. Rev David Payne leads our service for the 1st Sunday of Christmas with Linda Brown reading from the Bible. You are welcome to watch the service at any time, but if you wish to join with our Virtual Congregation the suggested worship time is 6pm on Sunday 27 December.
Our Reflection for Christmas Eve is a chance to pause, draw breath and set aside a few moments to make ready within to welcome Christmas Day and the coming of Jesus. The service last for just over 15 minutes and contains a beautiful solo of Silent Night by Maggie Jeeves.

Christingles are festive celebrations that take place in our communities every year. They get their name from the object lit during the ceremony – oranges decorated with red tape, sweets or dried fruit and a candle. Jo Payne will show you how to make your own Christingle Watch with us ‘It Begins in Bethlehem – A Nativity Rhyme for Christmastime’ – written and voiced by Bob Hartman with illustrations by Mark Beech.
