Above All, Christ – Sunday 7 February 2021

Above All Christ

Our service for 7 February was recorded at St James the Great, Silsoe. The theme is ‘Above All, Christ’ and rather than a sermon, Rev Payne talks with Dr Chris Nixon about his faith.

Intercessions are by Alan Aldridge and Gilly Nixon reads from the Bible.

Click on the links below to see the Order of Service and to watch the service on YouTube – each will open on a new page.

Please feel free to watch the service at any time – the suggested worship time for our Virtual Congregation is 10am on Sunday 7 February.

We would really like to know what you think about our recorded services.  We know approximately how many people are watching them, but not where or who they are.

We’d be grateful if you could spend a couple of minutes answering a few questions by following this link – Feedback on Recorded Services  We’d appreciate any feedback you care to give us – positive and negative.

Would you like to be a part of one of our services?  If you would like to read from the Bible or lead the Prayers, please contact Rev Payne by email on vicar@3churches.uk or by phone – 01525 864858

February Prayers

In response to reaching the terrible milestone of 100,000 deaths from COVID-19, the Archbishops have invited us all to call on God in prayer.

We are invited to set aside time every evening to pray, particularly at 6.00pm each day.

This link will take you to the daily prayer each day.

More than ever, this is a time when we need to love each other, and prayer is an expression of love.
