for the 2026 Silsoe Easter Craft Fair
About the Fair
We are delighted to invite you to our 4th Annual Silsoe Easter Craft Fair! Set within the historic Silsoe Church, our Fair is more than just a market—it’s a gathering of our local community.
With free entry for visitors, complimentary Easter crafts for children and plenty of light refreshments, we aim to create an atmosphere where people want to linger and discover your unique creations. To ensure you have a successful day, we’ll be spreading the word far and wide through our church network, social media and village news.

By taking a stall at our Fair, you’ll be helping us keep our Church and Churchyard open and available to all members of our community.
The Fair is organised by Silsoe Parochial Church Council and all profits go to our Church funds.
Your Space in the Church
Our stalls are created by placing sturdy boards across the church pews. Here are some photos from previous years just before opening.
Stalls set up down and around the centre aisle – all large
The side aisles have a mixture of large & small stalls
Large stall set up across pews – most large stalls are set up around the centre aisle and do not have a wall to lean things against
Small stall – all small stalls are down the side aisles and back onto the walls
Ready for You: Your stall will be fully set up and waiting for you when you arrive from 9:00 am—no heavy lifting of tables required!
A Curated Selection: We limit the Fair to around 15 stalls so that every maker has the spotlight and we avoid too much duplication. We are not taking any further bookings for Greetings Cards or Crochet Stalls. Please note there will be one refreshment stall which is provided by the Church to raise funds, so no stalls available for cakes/cookies/ etc.
Atmosphere: As this is a historic building, we don’t have electrical points, which adds to the natural, ‘unplugged’ charm of the event. But we do have heating!
Stall Options:
(Small (up to 16 sq ft): Perfect for smaller displays — £18 ) Wait list only
Large (over 16 sq ft): Plenty of room for a full display — £25
We have 2 other options:
Extra-Large: One stall with additional display space and flexible layout – £28 Booked
The Porch: Be the first person every visitor sees! This 7ft x 4ft space is in the church entrance. It’s a bit breezier, but you’ll have the highest footfall — £25 (Please bring your own table for this spot)

Once we receive your details, Gillian will get back to you to confirm availability and send over an invoice. Your spot is secured as soon as payment is made.
