About the Fair

The Fair will be in Silsoe Church on Saturday 12th April and open to the public from 10am to 4pm; entry will be free. There will be light refreshments available and we will be providing free children’s Easter craft activities throughout the day. The Fair will be publicised on the Church website, on social media and in local village news.

This is the 3rd year we have run the Fair and it has now become a regular fixture.  Comments from stall holders in previous years include:

About the Stalls

Stalls are created in the Church by placing large boards across pews – the boards will all be in place ready for when stallholders arrive.  The Church will be open for stallholders to set up from 9am. There will be no electrical points available.  There may be limited wi-fi access but we cannot guarantee this.  We hope to have 15 stalls, with a wide variety of crafts and to avoid duplication.

Stalls must be booked and paid for in advance and we are offering an Early Bird discount for any stalls booked and paid for before 31 January.

Stalls are generally rectangular and fall into two size categories:

Small: 16 square feet and under which cost £14 (£18 if paid for after 31 January)

Large: Over 16 square feet  which cost £18 (£25 if paid for after 31 January)

There is one extra-large stall with additional display space as illustrated below.  This costs £28.

Upon receipt of your form, we will confirm the size of stall available to you and issue an invoice with the payment details.  Upon receipt of your payment, your booking will be confirmed.
