4th July 2026 Silsoe Fun Dog Show
We’re very sorry, but the Dog Show has been cancelled on veterinary advice due to the temperatures forecast for the day (26-28C) – it would not be safe for the dogs to be out in that heat. We are looking at re-arranging it for later in the year. The Silsoe Fun Day is still taking place on Millennium Green on 4th July.
Join us at Silsoe Fun Day on the Millennium Green between 12 noon and 4pm on 4th July for the Silsoe Fun Dog Show. Registration will start at 12 noon with the first class at 12:50.

+Best Young Handler – one dog plus a handler aged 6 to 12 years – sponsored by Flitwick Pet Services

+ Best Trick – sponsored by Cuddles & Care Pet Services
+ Best in Show (no entry fee) – winners from all the preceding classes

28 March 2026 Silsoe Easter Craft Fair
Join us in Silsoe Church on Saturday 28 March between 10am and 4pm for the 4th Annual Easter Craft Fair.
Entry to the Fair is FREE and we have FREE Children’s Easter craft activities as well as a wide range of craft stalls – find out about our stallholders here
There’ll be hot drinks and delicious home-made cakes available all day.

Mid-week Morning Worship has finished. We are currently thinking about a new initiative
Midweek Morning Worship – once a month on a Thursday.
We have a monthly midweek Morning Worship service in Silsoe Church.
Starting at 11am with coffee, this is followed by a short service of Morning Worship at 11:30am, after which there is a light lunch at 12 noon. Lead by Reader Gillian Kern and Lay Leader of Worship Maggie Jeeves, everyone is welcome to share in good conversation, worship and refreshments.

13 December 2025 – Bark the Herald
Join us in Silsoe Churchyard on Saturday 13 December at 4pm for a festive carol service with a difference. This special event welcomes both two-legged and four-legged carollers, so bring along your dog to add their own “vocals” to the celebration.
There will be hot chocolate and mince pies for human guests, and dog biscuits for our canine companions. A joyful occasion for all the family.

‘Wrap Up’ – Coats Wanted
The Rotary Club of Barton Le Clay are collecting new or second-hand coats for women, men, young people and kids. These should be coats you would be happy to receive – dirty coats with missing buttons or broken zips aren’t nice for anyone.
Where will the coats go? To charities working with the homeless, night shelters, women’s refuges and families in crisis.
There’s a collection point in Silsoe Church porch and also in the Sports Centre and Lower School
