Join in with reading ‘Jesus 100: 100 days to find him, 100 days to follow him and 100 days to become like him’ by Robin Gamble.
For those seeking a deeper connection with]esus, Jesus 100 helps you understand his teachings better, grow in faith and become more like him, 100 days of readings covering the greatest stories about Jesus.
The book can stand alone, for private devotions, or be a basis for discussion. Four groups for discussion and encouragement are planned in the Benefice starting in late September or early October.
The book can be purchased from Amazon, Waterstones or Eden (ISBN number 9781839758331) or Rev Simon and Rev Louise can source one for you.
You can join in whenever you wish – we don’t need to be in the same place in the book – read at your own pace.

Send a Gift-Filled Shoebox in Jesus’ Name
Each year, the international relief and development organisation The Samaritan’s Purse distributes gift-filled shoeboxes around the world to children in need.
Since 1993, more than 208 million children in over 160 countries have experienced God’s love through the power of simple shoebox gifts from Operation Christmas Child.
Duncan Robb (07957 488456) and Anne Stiles (01582 881288) at Pulloxhill Church are co-ordinating the collection of Shoeboxes around the Benefice and can provide information on what to include (and what not to include).
Filled boxes are needed before 2 November 2025.
Cleaning Pulloxhill Church – can you help?
With our plans moving forward towards having the Pulloxhill Church building open more often for people to visit and enjoy we could really do with some help to keep the building clean and tidy. So we are looking for help from people from our Village or Church who can come along on the first Saturday each month starting on October 4th and help clean from 10am. After an hour or so we can then enjoy some time together over coffee and cake. Any questions to Liz Shortland (07922 089124) or Sue Smy (01525 716456).
